Ocean Effect is a band of five friends based on Oʻahu. The band was born in 2022 when two strangers met at a concert and both said, "I want to do that."

After a few years focused on songwriting, the group fully came together in 2026 as the final members joined and the band began performing live.

What started as a shared spark quickly grew into a collective of ocean-loving musicians, creating music inspired by life on the water and the spirit of classic rock.
